Kenro Izu is a renowned Japanese photographer whose work has been exhibited and collected worldwide. Izu also received many prestigious awards and fellowships, including National Endowment for Arts, New York Foundation for Arts, and Guggenheim Fellowship. Since 1974, he has been traveling around the world, documenting and exploring the spirituality of sacred places across cultures.
